As the weather starts getting warmer, I tend to ditch my winter hot tea addiction and just combine tea elements into a refreshing smoothie. This matcha smoothie is packed with vitamins and protein so it’s the perfect boost for breakfast or a midday snack. I like to have a smoothie almost every morning and this is a recipe I always go back to when I’m looking for something a little different. I hope you guys love it as MATCHA as I do!
1 1/2 C almond milk
2 scoops (2 T) Macrolife Macro Greens https://macrolifenaturals.com/products/macro-greens/
2 tsp matcha powder
1 scoop plant based vanilla protein (I used http://www.stoutnutrition.com)
2 C crushed ice
1 tsp agave or stevia
Blend all ingredients together until smooth then enjoy! optional: sprinkle with a little matcha and top with banana.
